Every night, Catriona gets a bedtime spanking.

jar.

 what they're worth, not how many there are  and that will determine

Jared smiles, then knits up a faux frown. "But that leaves the weekend.
We can't have you thinking you'll get away unspanked on Friday ,
Saturday, and Sunday. So Friday, we'll take the silver coins and count
them. One minute of the hairbrush for each coin."

She pouts. It is such a pretty pout that Jared feels his heart swell.
He wants to up-end her, give her a careful dusting and take her to bed,
soon.

"What about Saturday and Sunday?" she smirks.

This time, he devises the answer.

"On Saturday, you'll roll up all the coins from the jar. The value of
the remaining coins will bring you a like number of cane strokes."

She looks scared. She is scared. She is also very pleased, mostly
because he has gotten into the spirit of the thing and obviously is
enjoying it.

"Sunday; is that my day of rest?" She tugs at his earlobe, gently, It
tells him all he needs to know.

"Sunday, I will empty my pockets and toss a coin. Heads, you get a
good-girl spanking. Tails, you get a very bad girl spanking, including
six of the best with the tawse."

She truly, truly hates the tawse, so this coin toss is nothing to be
flip about. If he takes the tawse to hand, he'll use it properly and
she wwill be a very sorry girl.

Jared walks across the room and sifts carefully through the jar.

"It's Thursday. There are seven quarters here," he stares at her and
morphes from her lover to her tormentor. "Over my knee, young lady.

he pauses for effect. "This time".

He tans her hide soundly with those 175 smacks and she sniffs and kicks
and nearly wriggles off his lap twice.

"Such a naughty, naughty girl..." he whispers.

Catriona jumps into bed, peeks from under the covers, and just before
she kisses him, wonders what she'll find in her old piggy bank
tomorrow.
