McMichael/Bjorland residence in a suburb in the U.S.A.)

 "Literary character?" Miranda Reynolds asked.
 Paul Royalton nodded. "Yes, ma'am."
"Living in modern times?" Candy Waverly pursued.
"No, ma'am." Paul grinned. "Card, please?"

The tall blonde held her remaining five cards together. Picking one,
he turned it over--it pictured a tawse beside the wording "8 DICE."
"An American?" Paul's wife Barbara inquired.
He hesitated, pocketing the card. "Basically, ma'am."
"There's uncertainty about your nationality?" Candy mused.

"Ummm...Arguably, for a while." Paul looked around the room, where
eight S.S.C. married couples were engaged in the party game. He'd
confiscated five chastisement cards, but the women interrogating him
 still held several each.
Barbara slipped away, apparently looking for a 'foreigner.'
"You're also a television character?" Candy suggested.
He felt relief--maybe he wasn't her target. "No, ma'am."

"Dumb question." She held up four cards; Paul chose and kept one
displaying a hairbrush and "12 DICE."
Miranda reversed his fortunes. "Movie character, then?"
 He gulped. "Yes, ma'am."
 "Famous movie?" Candy wondered.
 Her prey nodded. "Yes, ma'am."

"Played by Clark Gable?" Observing Paul's stricken expression, Candy
flashed her pink "SCARLETT O'HARA" character card. "I showed you mine,
 Rhett..."
"Damn!" He ruefully produced his blue "RHETT BUTLER" card.
 "Winner!" Miranda exulted.

Chapter coordinator Pamela McMichael quickly verified everything.
"Candy's our first successful questioner," she announced. "Scarlett
has three chastisement cards left--cane, wooden spoon and Spencer
paddle--for Rhett's payoff. He'll roll the spanking dice for each
implement to determine the length of his bottom-blisterings."
Paul shuddered, knowing that the specially-made dice featured two
sides each of four, five and six.

Given that built-in bias his rolls weren't terrible, the totals being
28 cane strokes (6 dice), 52 paddleswats (10 dice) and 62 wooden spoon
smacks (12 dice).
"Darling, you're really getting it good," Barbara teased.
"I'm going to royally scorch his seat, Barb," Candy affirmed.
 "That's playful?" Paul queried apprehensively.
"I'll be smiling cheerfully," Candy noted, "But swinging with
everything I've got."

"Start out with the cane," Miranda recommended, "Then you'll have
stripes to whack the hardwood against."
 Candy chuckled. "Thanks, Mir."
 Pamela grinned. "Let's start."

With Paul bent pants-down over the couch's back, his gluteal globes
exposed via his Sisterhood 'spankybriefs,' he soon had flaming-hot weals
crisscrossing his bumcheeks and teardrops escaping his eyes as Candy
merrily administered an intensively-thorough caning.
"That's a bright 'Rhett' bottom with 'Scarlett' stripes," Miranda
chirped, making the wifely spectators titter.
"Unfair," Paul protested sullenly, "That was too hard."
"It's all in fun, sweetheart," Barbara reminded him, "Be a good
sport."

"Good sport my ass," he muttered.
"Your exposed ass is due for a long disciplinary strapping tonight,"
his spouse stated curtly, "To adjust this babyish attitude of yours."
 "But..."
"Your bare butt," Barbara continued, "Will be seriously blistered by
Candy at the next chapter meeting, using whatever implements she
desires." The watching women applauded.

 "Let's continue," Pamela urged.
Candy gripped the Spencer paddle. "Back over, Paul."
"I'm getting two punishment spankings but have to take more now?"
Paul trembled. "That's so severe."

Barbara snickered. "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn..."
 {The End}

Interesting dynamic, interesting game. Hmmm. The urge to win would be tugging one way,the need to 'get it' would be pulling in the other. Could be dangerous. And fun.

Polara

Fun to read. I like the way you plunge us right into the game rather than beginning with an explanation of the rules. Very enjoyable dazzling dialog and abundant alliteration. Clever use of the characters who originally were present at this "Last line."

This is an amusing little story. It is a very interesting idea of playing a game and then determining what the punishments will be. Good interaction among the characters.
