The weeping daughter stripped and the blind King spoke.
'Erik.. beat Ingrid's bottom with the largest fish you caught today. I
LOVE that squelchy noise!'
'Isnt that a little odd, father ?
'Maybe..'the King grinned '..but a cod's good as a kink to a blind
Norse!'

Now, here's something I had never quite thought about. The "sound" of a spanking is almost always taken for granted, but here... Heh. Lovely little tale with just 50 words.

'A Fishy Tale' reminded me of the spoonerisms we laughed at, years ago. And wet fish seem to have a place in comedy. John Cleese slapped a rival's face with one in a Monty Python's Circus sketch. This reviewer would like to live long enough to see if 'A Fishy Tale' has enough appeal for it to assume a permanent place in our spoken joke-lore.

Carefully chosen words to tell as much as possible in fifty words. Well written!
