This story is bratty and cute, and very well done. Extra points to the author for resisting the temptation to draw it out. It's exactly the size it needs to be, and it works great, leading up neatly to the punch line. Wonderful!

Finally a mini-saga that really had me laughing. Yes, I agree this is a missing scene and I am happy that this writer filled it in for us. I am still surprised at how much this writer was able to pack into so few words. I enjoyed the word pictures that he painted. I hope to read a lot more stories by this writer.

The thing I like the most about this one is how you alluded to the characters without giving it away until the end -- the Scarecrow couldn't think what to do, the Cowardly Lion was afraid she'd howl. Of course I didn't "get it" until the end, but that just made it more enjoyable. This is really cute!
