Daydreaming, April Covington sat in her short, tight
skirt with her long, shapely legs crossed.
Relatively handsome and passionate, Dr. Carter circled
the stage, his booming voice filling the 400-seat
lecture hall.
His students endured Psych 100; nobody wanted to be
there.
"A fetish is any object or non-sexual body part that
causes habitual erotic responses or fixation,"
declared the psychology professor. "Thus, a habitual
erotic response to this..."
He clicked to the next slide; the screen filled with a
woman's naked breasts.
Students tittered. April jolted back to reality.
"...would not be considered a fetish," he continued.
"Breasts are part of traditional human erotic
apparatus. Likewise..."
The professor clicked. The screen filled with a nude
teenage male buttocks.
More tittering.
"Buttocks are also erotic apparatus, so our collective
fixation is no fetish. But consider this..."
He clicked.
A blurred photo of a man spanking a bare-bottom woman
filled the screen.
Sophomores gasped; April felt an odd tingling.
"Lines are arbitrary," said Dr. Carter. "Breasts and
buttocks are non-fetish objects of erotic response.
However, once we stimulate bottoms with spankings, an
erotic response is deemed a fetish."
The students murmured.
"Your homework -- due Monday -- is to interview
somebody with a spanking fetish," the professor
continued. "Instructions are in your syllabus."

"You wanted to see me, Dr. Carter?"
"Close the door and sit down, April."
He turned his chair sideways to study his student
intently.
Embarrassed by her short skirt and low-cut blouse,
April crossed her legs, folded her hands, and blushed.
"You quote your father extensively in your fetish
paper," he said gravely, handing it back with a red
'F' on top. "I checked it with our anti-plagiarism
software. Seems your quotes come from postings at
soc.sexuality.spanking. You're apparently familiar
with soc.sexuality.spanking."
Weeping, April told of her father's reluctance, her
desire for a good grade, and her desperate Google
search.
"He spanked you up to 14, right?"
April assured the professor her father truly spanked
her into her teens.
"Plagiarism is very bad," said Dr. Carter soberly. "I
can expel you."
Tears welled.
"Or we can fix this here and now," said the professor,
taking a ruler from his desktop.
Instinctively, April understood.
Going over his lap, April felt blood engorge her
clitoris.
The professor bared her bottom.
Hearing students in the hallway, April tried not to
cry.
But Dr. Carter was a mean, mean man.
He spanked her till she sobbed.
Then he demanded an on-the-spot blowjob to change her
'F' to an 'A.'
On her knees, April decided to major in psychology.
Dr. Carter would be her mentor.
I loved this story. I was hooked on the psychology professor's
dissertation on fetishism , April's reactions and then the cell phone
conversation between the hoped-to-be enlightened young lady and poor
embarrassed Daddy who clearly had his own very powerful reasons for
stopping the spankings at 14.
That the naughty girl resorted to plagiarism of SSS material showed
good taste but poor judgment and Dr. Carter's remedy was predictable and
justified.
This was nicely written with a light humorous touch throughout. The
only thing that jarred on me, in the context of this otherwise
light-hearted story, was the demand for a blow job at the end. It
slightly spoilt the almost 'family entertainment certificate' ambience
of the rest of this fun piece
As a former law professor, I can verify that this sort of opportunity
really does present itself not infrequently. Of course, it is
unethical, but it makes great fantasy fodder. So, not only was this
story very hot, it was also realistic. It was up to the usual standards
of the author's writing - which is to say excellent - and was a real
pleasure to read and review.
A psychology class slide show awakens a student's kink. It also makes
an interesting observation on the dubious way in which "fetish" is
defined. I found myself yearning for more emotional content in the
story. But when dealing with a 500 word limit, an author must choose
the focus carefully. A particularly pleasing element: The newsgroup
makes an amusing appearance.
I enjoy the characters in this story. April sounds cute and her teacher
makes an intriguing top. The author sets the scene quite well both in the
classroom and in the office. I love the inclusion of fetish analysis in
the story. It adds a little extra twist. Can you imagine interviewing
one's father about spanking? Oh wow that sounds embarrassing! I can totally
relate to April in her experience with others being unwilling to talk about
spanking.
Teacher/student spankings are always appealing to me and this story is a
great example of that type. That said, the topic of spankings due to
homework assignments has been done before in several ways. This makes this
story less original than it could be.
It was fun to have SSS included in a story. I think quotes from the group
could make a very interesting paper. I also enjoyed the last couple lines
of the story in which April reveals her desire to take up psychology. It
made me laugh, and that makes for a delightful end to a story.
At 514 words, it is just slightly over the wordcount, but there is
usually some leeway so I haven't taken that into consideration in the
review. As roleplay and fantasy I would find this a hot scene to play
out; as a teacher taking advantage of a student I find it repugnant. A
story I can appreciate but not enjoy.
I found the beginning sequence to be very realistic, down to the
tittering when he shows the pictures. And the teacher's dialogue is also
very appropriate to the scene. I did wonder that she was brave enough to
bring up the subject with her father, most wouldn't be. And I wondered
at how she must have felt when she found out her father, who had spanked
her as a child, was a spanking enthusiast. I would have expected some
kind of emotional overtone to such a story but instead it came off as
very clinical and detached.
This is not meant as a criticism; it fits this piece perfectly.
Without the emotions the reader is left wondering a number of things:
like whether she has chosen that major and mentor because the Professor
reminds her of her father. Such a girl would probably be disassociated
from her own emotions.
As roleplay and fantasy I would find this a hot scene to play out; as
a teacher taking advantage of a student I find it repugnant. A story I
can appreciate but not enjoy.
