"That's what we're meeting here about, a spanking plan?" Jennifer asked.

"A unified neighborhood discipline plan. We've been doing it for years, it works. Everybody agrees that anyone here can and should spank any of our children if they see fit. We all spank the same way, under the same rules, so no child feels it is unfair," Said Cassandra.

"Two to three minutes two to three times, always on the bare."

"Yes. My girl here will demonstrate."

Much to her dismay Cassandra's daughter pants and panties are yanked down in one stroke and she's over her Mother's knee. The spanking's hard and fast. Jennifer estimated a second per spank, well over a hundred. The crying child places her nose in the corner. She makes no attempt to cover or rub anything.

"Now tonight before bed she gets another spanking. It's automatic. If you had spanked her, I would expect you to call me so I could administer it. If her attitude is bad after leaving the corner, she gets the third spanking. She can not bargain or question your right to spank her. That is always a separate issue requiring two to three new spankings. Any child spanked always gets at least two. Come here girl."

The pouting child shuffles forward, pants still at her ankles.

"See, she has no whining or complaints. If she did, I would spank her again. I want you to spank her anyway. Hard for at least three minutes."

The girl wants to complain, but doesn't dare. Jennifer takes her over knee and begins spanking her.

"Harder, faster. She won't melt."

After five minutes she is finally satisfied. The girl returns to her corner.

"I feel bad, she didn't do anything to deserve it."

"That's the other rule. Once a month every child gets at least one maintence spanking. In front of the entire family or whoever else is around. It's necessary. Otherwise parents tend to wait until something serious before spanking. It defeats the purpose. Never threaten to spank. Do or do not. What the child wants is for the punishment to be over and forgotten. Never let the anger linger. My kid did wrong, over she goes, then it's over."

"Who ever is around ... you don't do it in privacy?"

"Why. They all get spanked. John, Sarah's boy is babysitting tonight. He'll give her a sound spanking before bed."

"But John is a boy?"

"That's why I use him. A little humiliation, a little pain, no pouting or whining. That's the plan."

"And if I saw John acting up?"

"Take a hairbrush to his bare bottom in front of whoever is there. Maybe another after cornertime, then call his mother so he goes to bed warm and wary."

"Hairbrush?"

"All kids over ten get the brush. Here we bought you one."

Jennifer fondled the large thick brush, "John is kinda cute isn't he. I'm in."

I admit to be partial to childhood spanking stories, but even if I wasn't, I'd still like this story a lot for the idea and for the images it provoked. The formatting made it a bit difficult to read, but that may not be the author's fault.

It's not clear who Cassandra is teaching the neighborhood spanking plan to, which is mildly confusing, but doesn't create a real problem during the reading. I had fantasies like that when I was a teenager. Knowing that you could get a spanking at any time, and that if you got one that there would be another one automatically and that there was nothing you could do about it. Having no control, that was the important part, and this story plays that part up well.

Told with plenty of relish, but there's a basic problem here, which is that it's a fantasy scenario rather than a *story*. The painstaking description of rules is obviously hot to someone who is into the fantasy, but beyond that there's really no content: the 'characters' are wafer thin, there's no plot to speak of, and the language is really just functional. There are also some problems of wandering tense. The basic concept could well be the foundation of an effective story, but it really needs to be fleshed out with something more.

"Two to Three Minutes" takes a classic spanko premise - a spanking plan where every kid gets it no matter what - and adds a couple of neat twists. I like the author's matter of fact tone and the main character's shifting feelings about the plan. The phrase "warm and wary" is very nice, too.
